Tristan Ray Moose, 18, was arrested by Siloam Springs police Tuesday on suspicion of sexual indecency with a child and distributing, possession or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, according to a probable cause affidavit. A woman went to the Siloam Springs Police Department and reported that Moose had been having a sexual relationship with her young teen daughter, according to the affidavit. Police interviewed the teen. The teen told police that Moose was a high school graduate, the affidavit states.
